List of ?'s - Guild Wars Forums

I have a quite a few people and it seems that a few other people have similar questions. Having a hard time finding the answers so I'll ask them all in one post.

1) What items do you have to salvage to get fur?

2) I've completed the mission "defend the wall" and done every quest I've found, how far away is the next map marker from Piken?

3) Does the random battle arena count towards any type of personal ranking? (damn it's fun!)

4) I don't fully understand guild battling, do you have to have a guild hall as a guild first? If so how do you go about getting that guild hall? Once that is completed how do you challenge other guilds? Is it in a certain place?

5) Where are the missions after "defend the wall"? Where can I receive the next one?

I'm sorry as I know these have probably been answered but I havn't been able to find them. Hope they aren't to lame of questions, and I hope they help a few people out. Anything else that anyone would like to add that is asked a lot should, because I know it would help me figure this game out more. I love it and I'm trying to get to know as much as I can so I can turn around and help others because so far this game has great potential for an outstanding community and amazing game with a lot of competition!
